This item is a high quality, handmade, personalized decorator pillow with a transfer of any photograph or image printed on the imported silk broadcloth fabric front. Each pillow is individually made to order from any graphic, photograph or digital image file. The image on the front is framed by just the right color boarder to bring out the accents within the image. The front is stitched together to a heavy canvas back with an overlapping slit opening for easy access to the handmade interior pillow form with its own zipper closure. The entire pillow is trimmed and finished off with a strong canvas piping and rugged double sewn seam and edges. The finished pillow measures 17" x 22" and can be sewn with either a landscape or portrait orientation. Care and attention to fine detail is what makes these "one of a kind" pillows a work of art as well as an item of comfort in any room or office.

Bob Hirshberg, photographer and graphic artist, specializing in aircraft, auto and architectural photography began making these pillows for aircraft and antique auto owners who wanted to personalize their aircraft and restored vehicles. Soon requests came in for various kinds of pillows including family portraits, images of vacation homes, pets, favorite scenes and special events as well as corporate products for extra and surprisingly attractive exposure. Cityscapes and landscapes and just about anything that you can imagine can enhance waiting and living areas.

The process of transferring images to fabric, cutting, sewing and assembling each pillow takes many steps so allow 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish.

All pillows are shipped USPS First Class around the world in a protective, re-sealable see through sleeve and packed in an extra sturdy box especially made for the pillows.
